Tournament Manager (“we,” “our,” or “the app”) is a Google Sheets add-on library that helps organize and manage tournament signups and match results. This privacy policy explains how we handle data when you use our app.

OUR LIBRARY ONLY EDITS THE SPREADSHEET WHERE IT IS INSTALLED TO PROCESS INPUT DATA. IT DOES NOT DELETE OR AFFECT OTHER SPREADSHEETS IN YOUR GOOGLE ACCOUNT.

Information We Access

When you use Tournament Manager, the app accesses and processes:

• Spreadsheet Data: Tournament information including player names, usernames (Discord, Untap.in), deck URLs (Moxfield), match results, and related tournament data
• Google Account Information: Your email address for authentication and authorization purposes

How We Use Information

Tournament Manager uses the information solely to:

• Record tournament signups and player information
• Track match results and standings
• Validate player eligibility and match submissions
• Prevent duplicate entries and maintain data integrity

Data Storage and Security

• All data remains in your Google Sheets: Tournament Manager does not store any of your tournament data on external servers
• No external transmission: Player information and match results are only processed within your Google Sheets environment
• No third-party sharing: We do not share, sell, or transmit your data to any third parties
• Google’s Security: Your data security relies on Google’s infrastructure and your Google Workspace/account security settings

Data Access and Control

• You maintain full control: As the spreadsheet owner, you control who has access to your tournament data
• Library permissions: Tournament Manager requires permission to read and write to your spreadsheet to function properly
• Revocation: You can revoke the app’s access at any time through your Google Account permissions settings

User Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data (all data is visible in your spreadsheet)
• Modify or delete your data at any time
• Revoke the app’s permissions
• Request information about how your data is processed

Children’s Privacy

Tournament Manager does not knowingly collect or process information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not use this app.
